This site provides on-line learning opportunities focused on the the development of you.  We are dedicated in providing opportunities to expand upon your experiences and abilities in order to have a highly skilled and committed work force.

Wind Power Learning is singularly focused on providing an effective and interactive learning environment dedicated to the professional development of its employees.  Wind Power recognizes that learning can take place anywhere and at anytime.  Our employees are busy people focused on the building of high quality wind turbine blades. Having opportunities to grow, develop, or hone your skills while at work can be difficult at times.  Wind Power Learning affords its employees opportunities to learn at the discretion of you or your direct supervisor.

Wind Power Learning offers a series of interactive and engaging opportunities to learn about various topics of interest that you or your direct supervisor wish to participate in.  Currently, Wind Power Learning offers the following courses:

  • Project Management
  • Time Management

You can learn about each of these opportunities by visiting their respective page listed on the navigation column.  There you will find what to expect when you decide to attend the course.  Pay particular attention to when courses are provided. Some courses are self-directed and may be attended without prior approval from your direct supervisor, whereas others you may freely attend and complete at your leisure.  Also, some courses may be delivered via a "blended learning" environment.  This simply means that by attending the course you will participate both on-line but also in-conjunction with a live instructor.

First Time Users
